Valentine's Day

Einstein and I don't really...celebrate...Valentine's day. Our first February 14th as a couple, we ate at McDonald's. I had a gift for him, but he had forgotten that it was V-day...so after that, we just sort of forgot about it as a holiday. He does enough sweet stuff other days...although last year, he did bring me breakfast in bed!!! (I love breakfast in bed. It is my favorite thing EVER!)

Today, however, I got the sweetest Valentine ever!

One of my storytime regulars presented me with a Valentine (and Hershey's Kisses, yum!). It was ADORABLE, especially since she also had one for each of our "regular" puppets. I nearly died from the cuteness. Now my assistant and I just have to remember to give her a thank you from the puppets during the next puppet show.

Oh my goodness, that is too cute! She will *love* thank you notes from the puppets. Too bad you can't mail them to her, kids *love* getting "real" mail.

LT and I have never spent an actual Valentine's Day together, but the year before last he sent me an awesome bouquet of red roses and it came with the cutest little teddy bear. :)
